Cytyc Surgical Products has provided the following coding, billing, and reimbursement information for billing professionals at medical facilities. The following information includes possible codes that might be used to bill when the NovaSure System is used. It is the provider’s responsibility to determine and submit the appropriate codes, charges, and modifiers for services rendered. Providers should contact insurers to verify correct coding procedures prior to submitting claims.

Cytyc Surgical Products cannot guarantee coverage or reimbursement with the codes listed below. The payment rates listed are national Medicare payment rates that are subject to change without notice, and private payer rates may vary. Providers are responsible for determining insurance coverage as well as determining the appropriate billing and coding submissions.
